On Friday, Feb. 28, former Sierra Canyon School standout Jackson Slipock’s current college team, the Chicago Maroons, won 19-2 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Franklin Grizzlies.

The game took place at John P. McDowell Field. This was their second matchup against the Grizzlies this season.

The Maroons’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 1 p.m. at Chain of Lakes Field against Hope Flying Dutchmen.
