Agoura Hills recently issued the following announcement
Event: Limited Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event
When: November 7, 2020
Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
The City of Agoura Hills has a limited Bi-Monthly Hazardous Waste Program where you can deposit waste oil as well as other hazardous items. Participants stage at the City Hall parking lot for item collection.
Acceptable Items: used oil; oil filters; anti-freeze; car batteries; latex paint (water based only).
Unacceptable Items: stains; varnish; enamel paints (oil based), pesticides, household batteries.The event is canceled during rain.
NOTE: There is a limit of 15 gallons or 125 pounds per vehicle. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REMAIN IN THEIR VEHICLES DURING COLLECTION.
