On Sunday, March 23 former Sierra Canyon High School Vanessa De Jesus competed in hopes to reach NCAA Division I Basketball Championship

On Sunday, March 23, former Sierra Canyon High School standout Vanessa De Jesus’ current collegiate team the Duke Blue Devils won 59-53 against the Oregon Ducks in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Cameron Indoor Stadium, this was the first game against the Oregon Ducks during the championship.

Vanessa De Jesus’ hometown is Valencia and game position is guard.
