On Saturday, April 5, former William Howard Taft Senior High School standout Matthew Leiterman’s current college team, the Houston Christian Huskies, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Nicholls State Colonels.

The game took place at Ben Meyer Diamond at Ray E. Didier Field. This was their second matchup against the Colonels this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 1 p.m. at Ben Meyer Diamond at Ray E. Didier Field against Nicholls State Colonels.
